It is always a struggle to find time for yourself once you have kids. Especially when your children are under the age of one. Feeding, washing bottles, getting snacks, preparing meals, cleaning up after meals, picking up toys, washing clothes, putting away clothes, making sure your kids have clothes that fit...the list goes on. Where in all of that do you find time for yourself? The you that existed before you had kids because of that person matters! When you care for yourself you are able to be a better mom, wife, or partner. You have to fill your cup before you can give anything to your family. I challenge all my new moms to find at least 10 minutes per day for "you" time. It can be anything that is for YOU! Showering, coffee, working out, reading a book, wine, scrolling through social media, watching a non-children's show, whatever it is find you time!
