1. Before Your Visit

You can fill out your Paperwork Online to save some time.

*Be sure to bring your Drivers License and if applicable your Auto or Workers Comp claim number.

2. Arrival and Check In

Any extra paperwork can be finished. Insurance cards can be copied and the Doctors will be with you shortly to show you around the office and then into your private room to begin the consultation.

3. Consultation

In our private, comfortable rooms we will talk about your symptoms, history, the focus of the exam and our recommended modality(s) for treatment.

Depending on the complexity we will triage and treat or refer out to our trusted network or possibly recommend imaging to gather more information. 

4. Adjustment/Therapy

Dr. Mitch and Dr. Zach will use a variety of tools and modalities to assess the current state of your body and symptoms. Finding the right type of adjustment and therapy. With years of experience and a 6th sense for intuitive healing, you are in the best hands possible.

After your adjustment/treatment we will schedule your next appointment where we will discuss a treatment plan and therapy recommendations that fit your needs and symptoms.

ACTIVATION OF CONNECTIVE TISSUE:

Connective tissue is the building matrix of the body, it supports, protects and gives structure to all types of tissue. Softwave Therapy uses electro hydraulically produced sound waves that are directed at unhealthy tissue within an injured area.
